Peruvian squid
Dosidicus gigas is known as peruvian squid or jumbo squid. It is a squid fished in Peru coast.
After its cleaning and processing we sell it cut up but together. The parts are: Fins, mantel (in fillet or tube), tentacles, arms and the nape neck.
